This is the second post in my Cylapril Review. The more that I learned about what truly made my weight loss difficult, the more that I realized that ordinary, traditional dieting was more harmful to me than it was helpful. I also realized that my problem was not that I was overweight. Being overweight was the effect of Adrenal Fatigue. That’s why I think its so important to include this page in my Cylapril review.
Now, to be certain, I had never even heard of Adrenal Fatigue before I spoke with my doctor. After she recognized all the symptoms, I was floored at just how much time, money, and energy I’d been wasting on dieting and other weight loss methods. I was actually working against myself the entire time!
So when I started researching Adrenal Fatigue more on my own, I stumbled across Cylopril and their Adrenal Fatigue self-assessment chart.

Now, this chart is just a guide and shouldn’t be taken as medical advice but it is very effective at letting you know whether or not you’re on the right track in your search for the truth on whether or not you have adrenal fatigue.
I continued my research into adrenal fatigue and learned that it affected not only my weight, but almost every other aspect of my life. And certainly NOT in a good way!
Adrenal Fatigue stole my energy throughout the day. It made waking up every day a struggle, no matter how much sleep I had the night before. I couldn’t keep up with my children no matter what! I was addicted to coffee, energy drinks, and other caffeine-filled energy supplements. And of course, I was overweight.
Even worse, I was extremely stressed out and I couldn’t ever put my finger on it before. I know that every day life will make me have SOME stress, but I was often much more stressed out than I should have been.
Then I started to learn about the Adrenal Fatigue, stress, and Cortisol connection. Cortisol is a substance that the human body makes when it is feeling stressed and actually makes your body pack on fat.
I could make the attempt to explain it but instead I’ll just link you to a resource that already has a much more thorough and clear explanation than I ever could (be sure to watch the video all the way through).
All the best,
Regina
